Here is a site iv been using to do homework on tactics for the Uldaur bosses, i found it very useful and easy to uderstand. Comes with Diagrams and narration + footage to explain again.

Tho the tactics used in guild are slightly different it certainly gives a good idea of what is needs to be done in each encounter!
